All elements of the singulr.be site (code, design, texts, graphics, trademark) are the property of Singulr ASBL or its rightful owners, and are protected by Belgian and international intellectual property laws.
The Singulr service is built on Forgejo, free software published under the GPL v3+ licence and supported by Codeberg e.V. The free software components keep their respective licences, the texts of which are available from their authors.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation, partial or total, of the proprietary elements of the site is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Singulr ASBL.
Limitation of liability
Singulr and its publisher, Singulr ASBL, provide the site and the service "as is", without express or implied warranty, within the limits permitted by applicable Belgian law.
