Data collected and legal bases

Private beta sign-up form

When you sign up to the Singulr waiting list, we collect your email address and the page language (FR, NL or DE). That is all.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), obtained via the implicit submission of the form and the consent statement shown under the email field.

Server logs

Our web servers keep technical logs for the security and proper operation of the service: visitor IP address, browser user-agent, timestamp, requested URL, HTTP response code.

Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in ensuring the security, availability and performance of the service. These logs are not used for profiling, advertising or automated decisions.

Purposes

  • Maintain the Singulr private beta waiting list.
  • Inform you of the beta opening and the program's steps.
  • Ensure the security, availability and integrity of the site.

We do not use your data for profiling, scoring, targeted advertising or automated decisions.

Processors

To provide the service, we use the following processors:

Server location

All of Singulr's production servers — website and Git forge — are physically located in Belgium, in the datacenters operated by Behostings.com (InterXion Brussels, Zaventem and Nossegem). No processing of user data takes place outside the European Union.

Retention period

  • Beta sign-up email: kept until you unsubscribe or until the private beta program closes. Permanent deletion occurs at the latest 30 days after unsubscription.
  • Server logs: 12 months maximum, then automatic deletion.
